Her only concern was her profile view. Her nasal tip was not an issue for her. She a closed rhinoplasty, which means there were no incision on the outside of her nose. She only had an incision inside her nose and the nose bridge was sanded down. She did not have her nose broken, just a removal of the nasal hump.
