Face Lift - Front

In her after photograph, a lump can be seen in the neck on both sides just to the sides of the chin. These lumps, which is mostly hidden in the before pictures because of the excess fat and skin in the neck, is visible in the after. The lump is actually her large salivary glands for her mouth. This is a common finding in facelifts. There are treatments for it but they can be rather ‘aggressive’.
