She has a very heavy neck with lots of extra fatty tissue and very loose skin. The face lift and neck lift plastic surgery really improved her appearance. Her large salivary glands are visible after the surgery.

In her after photograph, a lump can be seen in the neck about half way from the chin to the angle of the jaw. This lump, which is hidden in the before pictures because of the excess fat and skin in the neck, is visible in the after. The lump is actually her large salivary glands for her mouth. This is a common finding in facelifts. There are treatments for it but they can be rather ‘aggressive’.
