This man had a marked breast asymmetry with his left breast being larger than his right. The breasts required liposuction to reduce the breast mound volumes. The left breast also required an incision around the areola to remove extra breast gland from that side. In the ‘after gynecomastia pictures’ if you look closely, a scar can be seen on the top edge of the areola. An incidental finding is that on his right breast he has extra breast tissue and nipple the lower edge of the chest.
