This fit woman had breast augmentation above the muscle done elsewhere. She has had some scar tissue built up which has ended up distorting her breasts. She has had her breast scar tissue (breast capsule) removed and her breast implants repositioned to below the muscles. The loose extra skin was excised and her breasts lifted.
