Male Breast Reduction in Ashburn, Virginia

This is a very complex case on an elderly man who suffered with large, heavy breast and excess weight. His tissues extended into the armpit areas and the skin had to be excised into the armpit. This is a very nice result that avoided all complications. there are persistent asymmetries but has been a tremendous reduction in weight and volumes in the chest and armpit areas. The left nipple areolar complex on the left side is a bit high but does not warrant revision.
