Saline breast implant removal with breast fold reconstruction

She has saline breast implants placed elsewhere. She requested removal of her breast implants. She was tired of the size. She agreed to have them deflated prior to surgery. This allowed a breast fold problem that warranted correction. She was very pleased with the breast implants out and only her natural tissue remains.
