She has saline breast implants placed elsewhere. She requested removal of her breast implants. She was tired of the size. She agreed to have them deflated prior to surgery. This allowed a breast fold problem that warranted correction. She was very pleased with the breast implants out and only her natural tissue remains.

Her saline breast implants were deflated prior to surgery. This confirmed a concern that her left breast fold needed to be reconstructed. This is called an inframammary fold reconstruction. In the after photo, it is apparent that the fold looks more natural.
