She has a mild nipple position asymmetry. Her right nipple is just a bit lower than the left. When the implants are placed, the left nipple is pushed into a higher position while the right is just a bit lower. Since the implants are round, this will make the lower nipple appear even lower. She was aware of this prior to her surgery and is still pleased with her lovely result.
