She has interesting breast anatomy. She has a few asymmetries in her breasts. They are different volumes, the skin envelopes, nipple positions, size of areolas and her breast creases or folds are different. Despite this her breasts have pretty shapes, but just different. The right breast fold is very sharp while the left is not as well defined. So the right breast implant will sit at the fold and the left may drift down a bit. In her after breast augmentation photos, she has a nice result. The right implant seems a bit higher by looking at the frontal view, but the side views so it is in nearly perfect position. With the implant being on the higher crease, it drives the nipple a bit down. Over time, the skin will stretch and this will typically adjust.
