This woman with a fuller figure requested a volume enhancement to improve her figure while not making her look heavier. She has had a nice augmentation to achieve that goal. She does have lower nipple positions and asymmetry. These would have both been improved with a breast lift but she did not want the scars and was willing to accept this lower than ideal position. She said, no one sees them but my husband and was not concerned about the position.
