This woman has large areolas. She also has a breast fold or crease asymmetry with the left fold being higher. She has a lower nipple position on the left side too and the right nipple points outward just a bit. By slightly lowering the fold on the left, the nipple position was raised on the that side. It is actually now a bit higher than the right. This was of no concern for the patient and she was delighted with her results.
