She had large breast associated with her pregnancies and breast feeding. You can get the sense of this by looking at the large amount of skin of her breasts. Also note how contracted her areolas are in the before breast augmentation photos. In her after photos, they are dilated and relaxed. There is no incisions all the way around her areolas, only at the top. So she has always had large areolas and this is of no concern for her.
