On frontal view, she has quite lovely shaped breasts. The profile view demonstrates that she had very full breasts with her pregnancy. The skin envelop did not retract after breast feeding. This causes the breasts to drop. She would have required a large breast implant to lift up or fully expand the existing skin envelop. She did not want breasts that large and has had a beautiful breast lift result with small silicone gel breast implants for added firmness. Over time her scars will fade and become unnoticeable.
