She has lost a significant amount of her breast tissue after breast feeding. Her skin is also very thin and has not ‘weathered’ the experience well. She has had breast implants put in under the muscle and a breast lift. The lift was done using only an incision around her areolas. This plastic surgery was done 20 years ago. Today, a more effective surgery would have included a lollipop incision. She has some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation around her breast lift. The pigment change typically improves very slowly.
