This is a very interesting set of photos. Despite photographic assistant’s error in taking the photos, it is clear that she has had a lovely improvement. The interesting thing about the fat grafting to the face is that the fat not only adds volume to the face, it improves the skin. Her skin is brighter appearing and the pore size has reduced. Her temples are fuller, so are her cheeks. Notice how her folds between her nose and her cheeks are softer and less creased. Over time the fullness will remain and the skin will continue to look better and younger! She has had no facial surgery.
