This woman has a relatively large bottom. There was considerable fatty deposits surrounding her buttock area and when these areas were reduced, her butt looked much larger. This is described as ‘subtraction’ liposuction. This creates as fuller looking bottom without actually exposing the patient to the risks associated with fat injection surgery.
