This patient came from another plastic surgeon and she has had her breast implants for years. She naturally has a rounded rib cage with outpointing nipples. The breast implants were positioned too much to the middle in an effort to get more cleavage but this resulted in redirecting the nipples even farther outwards. She requested improvement and to go for larger breast implants. She declined any incisions around her areolas to redirect the nipples more to the midline of the breasts.
