Amber’s Favorites Giveaway!

Announcing Amber’s Favorites Giveaway! Once a month, Amber will be doing a giveaway while we live stream our surgeries! To enter the raffle, you’ll need to

1. Tune into the livestream and

2. comment on YouTube! It can be anything from a “hey Amber!” to a question about Dr. Brown’s surgery. Dr. Brown will announce the winner the following week and what you’ve won!

Additional terms:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be a current resident in the contiguous US. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram/Facebook/Periscope/Twitter/YouTube.

This contest is hosted by The Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery.

This contest will first take place on May 16th, 2019 from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST while the live stream is running. These time approximations will be replaced with recorded times of eligibility as seen fit on surgery days and shared with winner announcements.

To enter, participant must comment once on the live stream via Youtube. Each entrant’s username will be entered into the raffle. If the user chooses to share their email or phone number with us via email to [email protected], we will reach out to the winner with these methods as well. The participant’s name will not be entered more than once regardless of emails/accounts used, or number of comments sent.

All valid entrants will have (one) entry in a raffle pool. Winner will be randomly selected before the date of May 23rd, 2019.

The singular winner will be announced on the live stream during the second case of the May 23rd, 2019, as well as contacted via email or phone if that information has been emailed to [email protected].

If the winner does not respond or claim the prize before May 10th at 5pm EST, a second name will be drawn and contacted on the morning of May 13th, 2019. No third name will be drawn.

The prize distribution will be discussed with the winner. If shipping to a valid contiguous US mail address or PO box is selected, the winner will not need to pay shipping costs. Winner may also elect to pick up the products from our Ashburn, VA location.

Prize carries no cash value and is not refundable or transferrable.
